Refund policy
Unfortunately, much like death and taxes, sometimes accidents are unavoidable. We do everything possible protect your items during shipment, but there is still a possibility for items to arrive damaged. Our craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are the top priorities of this company. If items are damaged during shipment, we will work with you to correct the issue. Email us with pictures if your item arrives damaged. Repackaging will be your responsibility, but we will send you a return label to ship it back for repairs or replacement at no additional charge. The return must be initiated within 30 days from receipt. Realize we can not guarantee quick turn arounds depending on our current projects that are being worked on, but we will try our best.
We ask you to understand that what you see on our web site may not be exactly what you are going to get because wood items tend to have different grains, accept stains differently, or we may alter the item in order to make if fit your needs. Returns will not be accepted nor refunds given due to perceived imperfections or if you decide that you no longer want the item. We will send pictures of the finished product prior to shipping for your approval. That is your chance to speak up if there is anything that needs to be fixed.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
